Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm GMT.
Items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day, with orders placed after 12:30 pm on a Friday processed the following Monday.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are available. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Please note that all time frames given for pre-order items are a guide, not a guarantee and are subject to change.

Delivery times apply to the time once your order has shipped.
Paint is shipped in boxes of up to 5 litres, with shipping costs calculated per box.
Homeware is shipped in boxes of up to 25kg, with shipping costs calculated per box. Some of our faux floral items may carry an additional delivery charge due to their size and packaging requirements - this charge will be reflected at checkout.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. You will receive a notification once your parcel is out for delivery.
All shipments from Fillic Limited are fully insured against theft and accidental damage. This coverage ends once your order has been received and signed for.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery's progress.
International Delivery
International deliveries are managed by our partner, Global-e. Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times are calculated at checkout, ensuring the most accurate and transparent rates.

White Glove Delivery Service
Furniture and lighting deliveries are managed by our dedicated white glove delivery partner.
We offer an industry-leading service within England. For areas outside of this, including international destinations, pricing is available on request - please contact contact@fillic.co.uk.
Our white glove service includes:
Coordination via email or telephone to arrange delivery.
Professional packing and handling - boxed, crated, or blanket-wrapped as appropriate.
Inside delivery and placement in your chosen room.
Unpacking and responsible removal of all packaging (unless otherwise requested).
Delivery timeframes for furniture and lighting are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including local holidays, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.
Please note that deliveries may be subject to local taxes and import duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon arrival in the destination country.
Sample Deliveries
Samples are sent via Royal Mail 48 (Large Letter) on a standard 2-day delivery service.
If you require faster delivery, please select DPD Tracked Next Day (Mon–Fri) at checkout.
Customer Collection
Customer collection is available from our address and is charged at £100 per order. This fee covers the handling and processing required for your collection.
Once your item has arrived at our facility, we'll arrange a collection slot between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
After collection, responsibility for transportation and installation lies with the customer, and Fillic Limited is not liable for any damage incurred thereafter.
